Ingredients Quantity Soaked Ragi 2tbsp Soaked Barley 3tbsp Soaked Bajra 4tbsp Soaked Jowar 3tbsp Oil 1 and ½ tbsp Chopped ginger 1tbsp Chopped garlic 1tbsp Chopped green chillies 2no's Chopped carrot 1 no Chopped French beans 6 to 7 no's Salt to taste Red chilli powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 1tbsp Garam masala 1tsp Amchur powder 1tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp Chopped onions 1no Chopped capsicum 1 no Boiled mashed potato 2 no Tahini paste ½ cup Curd ½ cup Red chilli powder ½ tsp Salt to taste Chaat masala ½ tsp Ice berg lettuce 1 no Water as required Burger bun 2 no Lemon wedges for garnish Olive oil 1 tsp Onion rings 4 no Chaat masala 1 pinch 1 pinch Tomato slices 4 no for garnish Tahini dressing 1 tsp 1tsp Patty 2 no Coriander sprigs for garnish. Method • In a mixer grinder add ragi, bajra, jowar, barley, and grind it. • In a kadhai add oil chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies and mix it well now add carrot, beans, salt and mix it well, now add millets mixture , red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, chaats masala, garam masala and mix it well , once it's done mixing remove it in a bowl now add onion, capsicum, boiled mash potatoes and mix it well and keep it aside to cool down • In a bowl add tahini paste , curd, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt to taste and mix it well • In an another bowl add water, apply some water on hand take some prepared mixture in your hand and give it a patty like shape and fry it on an non stick pan, till then take some ice berg lettuce remove the leaves and add it to a bowl add some water and wash it properly and keep it aside • Flip the tikki and let it cook from another side too. • Cut the burger bun in to half, cut some lemon wedges for garnish. • Add olive oil and let the patty cook , once it's ready remove it in a plate and keep it aside. • Fry some burger bun in olive oil , once it's fried remove it on a chopping board , place some lettuce, onion rings, chaat masala, tomato slices, chaats masala, tahini dressing, and now place the patty add more tahini dressing and cover it with another bun. • Remove the burger in a serving plate with lemon wedges, tomato slices and coriander sprigs .
