Check out this incredible stuffed cabbage dish – during my travels in Marseille I had the pleasure of learning from Le Femme Du Boucher's head chef Laëtitia Visse. At Laëtitia's restaurant she's taken an old-school approach, making use of every cut of meat, nose to tail. Choux Farcis is the perfect example of this; a traditional French recipe that takes leftover meat and wraps it in soft tender cabbage leaves. So, so tasty!
