In those cases, you should try to use the: CHAIR SQUAT🪑 So how would you use it for teaching proper squat technique?🔍 Start by instructing the trainee to sit on a chair and then stand up. After a few reps, ask the trainee to imagine that there is an egg on the chair, and that they should try not to crush it, only lightly touch it.
