Explosive 🧨 Conditioning Session w/ @thedailykelsey 👇🏼 Few people do shorter explosive bursts of athletic movements when doing conditioning and it’s something we implement consistently at @vigorgroundfitness Here is a challenging session and with some exercises Kelsey shows a regression of the movement. This is a 20 seconds on/40 seconds off interval circuit. Check below for full workout guidelines. 1️⃣ Kneeling Hop to Jump 2️⃣ Explosive/Plyo Push Ups 3️⃣ Broad Jump to Hop Back 4️⃣ Crawl Jumps 5️⃣ Moving Jumping Lunges This 💦 session has different levels to it. ✅ Beginner - repeat the circuit twice through (10 mins), rest for 3 mins and repeat for another two rounds (10 mins) ✅ Intermediate - repeat for 3 rounds (15 mins), take a 3 min break, then repeat for another 2 rounds (10 mins) ✅ Advanced - go through this 5x non stop for a total of 25 mins. 👉🏼 It’s important that you put max explosive intent behind every rep when doing this session.
