In this 30 min Full Body Strength HIIT Workout | Dumbbell Bodyweight | No Repeat, we'll complete 6 bundles of 5 exercises: 2 using dumbbells, 2 using bodyweight, and 1 focusing on the abdominals. Each exercise will be performed for 35 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. After each bundle, we'll take a 25-second rest. At the end of the workout, we'll finish with 2 complex sets, each consisting of 3 exercises performed for as many rounds as possible. The focus of this workout is on using challenging weights at a faster pace to enhance explosiveness and muscle endurance while burning calories. Remember, the heavier the weight, the more your heart has to pump blood through your body, making the workout more intense! LET'S GO!!!!
