Preparation: Grab a barbell with an overhand (pronated) grip. Keep a slight bend in your elbows. Soften your hips and knees and pin your shoulders back. Execution: Raise the barbell forward until your forearms are just above parallel to the ground. Squeeze at the top, then relax and lower the bar back to starting position, keeping your traps down.
