Friends, hello! I hope you are fine. Today I am preparing a traditional Turkish breakfast: menemen, fresh vegetables and herbs, black olives, kashar cheese, sausage and fresh buns. Ingredients: Buns (20 pieces) 1 egg 200 ml warm water (1 glass) 200 ml warm milk (1 glass) 100 ml vegetable oil (1/2 glass) 70 g sugar (4 tablespoons) 12 g salt (2 dessert spoons) 700 g flour (about 6 glasses) 10 g dry yeast for greasing and sprinkling buns: 1 egg sesame / nigella / poppy Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Menemen: 2 tablespoons butter 2 small onions (100 g) 4 sweet peppers (100 g) 3 large tomatoes (500 g) salt, black pepper 2-3 eggs some parsley for serving Additionally: fresh vegetables and herbs black olives tahini and pekmez kashar cheese and sausage Thank you for watching!
