Barack Obama will speak to a campaign rally for Kamala Harris in Madison, Wisconsin this afternoon. The former US president was expected to be joined by Tim Walz, the Democratic vice presidential hopeful, to address a crowd in the battleground state at 2:30pm EDT. However, Mr Walz’s YouTube channel indicates this has now been delayed until 3pm EDT. Mr Obama has embarked on a blitz of campaign stops since joining the trail earlier this month. Later today, he will address supporters at a rally in Detroit, Michigan at 5pm EDT, while Mr Walz will speak at a separate event in Racine elsewhere in the state.
