The Bodhi is a dynamic, whole-body suspension system the challenges core strength, balance and flexibility. It is used for core activation and breath to initiate spinal mobility. It increases core strength and causes the spine to articulate inflexion, stimulating the intrinsic muscles necessary for stabilization and support of the body’s joints. The Bodhi’s four points of suspension maximize strength training and enhance proprioception while providing endless opportunities for creativity. Though it looks a lot like the TRX, there is a major difference, the Bodhi is suspension training with a Pilates twist, Bodhi provides two anchor points and four possible points of suspension, whereas the TRX system has only a single anchor and two points of suspension.
