👍 Oatmeal and apple in a mug, I have been sugar-free for a year, I lost 10 kg, an oatmeal recipe that will surprise you. Excellent oatmeal cake in a glass. so delicious that you will cook it every day 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Salt. 1/2 cup (50 g) dried cranberries. 1/2 cup (50 g) raisins rinsed in hot water. 1 egg; 1/3 cup (80 ml) Greek yogurt. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 apples. 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar-free chocolate chips.
