Occurred on June 12, 2018 / Pikeville, Kentucky, USA “This all started with a huge rainstorm in eastern Kentucky. My coworker & I saw water running out of the wall outlet and were concerned. After placing a mop bucket to catch the water & taking this video, the owner of the business I work for was called. He called the owner of the building.
