This week has been filled with joyful events. We have a new family member - Charlotte! A wonderful and sweet German Shepherd puppy, our future guard of the Forest House😍🏕🌳 I think many of you share the love for animals, so I hope you will be interested in following the life of little Charlotte. I also announce the opening of sewing Christmas tree decorations and New Year's decor, we will replenish the New Year's collection of homemade toys that will become a real decoration for the Christmas tree. Recipe “Roast with potatoes“ We use meat (any that you eat) - about 1 kg. Potatoes - 700-800 gr. Onion - 1 pc., Carrot - 1 pc. 3 pods of mildly hot red pepper. If the pepper is too hot, add it to taste. Garlic 3 cloves, Green peas (I have frozen) - 1 cup (250 ml) Salt, pepper to taste. Flour 40 gr. Water about 1-1.2 liters A bunch of greens (onion feather, garlic feather, parsley sprig, oregano, bay leaf) You can add thyme, rosemary, celery - if desired. Fry the meat until golden brown. In the same oil, lightly fry the onion, carrot, red pepper pods, add garlic. Stir a couple of times and immediately add the fried meat. Salt, pour in 40 grams of flour, stir. Pour water into the pan so that it completely covers the meat. Send a bunch of greens there. Leave the meat to simmer until soft. When the meat is soft, take out the bunch of greens and put in coarsely chopped potatoes, simmer until done. At the very end, when the potatoes are ready, add a glass of green peas (I use frozen ones). Sprinkle with parsley and dill. This roast is especially pleasant to eat in the cold season.
