Quinacridone Gold (Hue) is a watercolor I have really enjoyed using over the last few months but I have never tried the original PO49 pigment due to it being discontinued long before I ever started painting. Lucky for me a wonderful subscriber sent me a pan of genuine PO49 to try 🙏☺️ Here I compare it to some Quinacridone hues that have replaced it and I also have a few goes at mixing a quin gold hue myself.
