In this video you will see all the steps I take to paint a sunny forest watercolor landscape, with contre-jour lighting and sun hitting the trees from the back. This painting involves handling different stages of drying paper and playing around with techniques such as lifting, charging and dry brush. Hope you enjoy❤️ 🎨 Materials Used: Watercolor paper: Saunders Waterford Paper (300 gsm) CP Paints: Daniel Smith Colors used: Quinacridone Gold, French Ultramarine, Lavender, Burnt Umber Brushes: feel free to use your favorite brushes that you are used to painting with. I use mostly natural brushes (squirrel and sable). 💙 For more art tips and tutorials, follow me on: Instagram: 🤓CHAPTERS🤓 0:00 | MATERIALS AND COLORS 0:19 | BACKGROUND TREES 1:47 | SUN BEAMS 6:12 | SUNLIT TREE TRUNKS 6:46 | MIDDLE VALUES 11:10 | FOREGROUND TREES 17:12 | ADDIN
