Gud ka halwa is an authentic sweet dish mostly made in winters. It has dry fruits, ghee, jaggery , ginger powder and many more things which are very helpful for body. Gud ka halwa Ingredient quantity Water lts Jaggery 1 cup Cardamom powder 1 tsp Ginger powder 1 tsp Ghee 1 cup Cashewnuts 2 tbsp Almonds 2 tbsp Pistachio 2 tbsp Raisins 1 tbsp Semolina 1 cup Saffron 1 tsp Method 1. First in sauce pan add water, jaggery, cardamom powder, ginger powder and let the jaggery dissolve in it properly. 2. Now in other pan add ghee, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio and cook till they are brown in colour. 3. Now in same pan add semolina and roast till light brown in colour. 4. Once the jaggery melts, add saffron in it to enhance the colour. 5. Now add raisins in the semolina and roast. 6. Once the raisins are fluffy, add jaggery water in it. 7. Stir the halwa till it is thick in consistency. 8. Keep the halwa little bit watery, because once it gets cool, it will get thick. 9. Now add
