Wash rice & let it cook slowly, add few garlic cloves & close the lid, cook in medium heat until rice fully cooked. Next prepare Kale; Remove the stems, wash kale & add to blender starting with one cup of water and blend until smooth and creamy. Extract Kale juice using a strainer, only take the first extract. Mix Kale juice with cooked rice and add Coconut milk. Let it simmer for couple of minutes. Don't over cook it as you will loose all the Kale Nutrient. Add sault to taste & enjoy. Perfect drink for the breakfast & I enjoy this with piece of Jaggery.
