During the 2023 ZigAirMeet, an airshow held at Mollis Airfield in the beautiful Swiss Alps, I finally managed to see in person my favorite looking fighter jet, the Dassault Rafale. Two of them were at the event, a Rafale B (two-seater version, the all grey one in this video) and a Rafale C (single seater, with the black/dark grey livery), brought by the French Rafale Solo Display team. The Rafale B was used for Friday's display, during which I placed myself at one end of the airstrip, while the 'C' flew on Saturday and I recorded it from a spot around 400 meter higher up. In both occasion Capitaine Bertrand “Bubu“ Butain should have been in the cockpit. This was probably the most challenging display to record of the event.
