The Salad processing line is suitable for washing all kinds of leafy vegetables after cutting. For example, lettuce, romaine, baby spinach, mixed leafy vegetables, or leafy greens. (1)Preparation table: Cut vegetables into 2 or 4 parts. Waste is put into funnels. Good vegetables are put on the middle conveyor belt. (2)Leafy vegetable cutting machine: Adjustable speed which is suitable for cutting vegetables to different sizes. (3) Conveyor: Connect vegetable cutting machine with washing machine. (4) Salad washing machine: Unique spiral water flow prolongs washing time. Up and down rolling cages collect worms and impurities. (5)Double directions conveyor: Vegetables fall down the conveyor belt and are delivered to plastic baskets. When 1 basket is going to be full, the conveyor delivers vegetables to another basket. (6)Vegetables are put into a centrifugal dehydrator and the extra water drops down. Salad is finished.
