[club99488774|INTERPOLE - Все о Pole Dance] I've recently recovered from a torn pectoral muscle so this is the beginning of my strength training to try and get my power back to the level it was at previously. Still have some work to go to get my deadlifts back where they were :) A couple of new tricks in here like the flip off the pole from Crystal and Lisette's videos on FB, and the one handed invert/leg hang, lots of deadlifts and lean outs, and some things I haven't done in ages :) Music: Bonfire by Knife Party
