I took the Sony A7s and the Atomos Shogun out under moon light to test the 4K low light capabilities for a short film I have planned this summer. I rented the Canon 24mm f1.4, 50mm f1.2 and 85mm f1.2 and shot wide open the whole time. Settings were f1.4 or 1.2, 40,000 ISO, 1/25th, 24p 4K UHD. The results were overall very impressive. However with IRE values of 40 and below this is not ideal for every production. I feel it may be best if you are going for that night time look. If you had the idea of a night
