Puff pastry recipe ⬇️ ❗It is essential that the ingredients are very cold❗ 500g (4 cups) - all-purpose flour 300 g / 10.6 oz- frozen butter 120 ml ( metric cups) - cold water 1 egg a teaspoon - salt 1 tablespoon - any vinegar 100 g of sugar 20 g of flour Method of preparation Incorporate the butter into the flour (either with a knife or a grater) until it becomes like sand. Add salt, cold water, vinegar and egg. Mix for a minute, until the flour is incorporated! ATIT! Do not mix for a long time! After that, stretch and wrap the obtained dough in the same way as I did, 2-3 times. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. After that, divide the dough into 3 parts. Thinly stretch each part and put sugar. Roll from both sides as in the video. Cut 1-2 cm biscuits. Bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 C /392 F. Or until they are brown on top!
