Trains Suspended As Taiwan Braces For Doksuri Super Typhoon Authorities in Taiwan decided to partially suspend railway traffic in the southern regions of the island due to the approach of super typhoon Doksuri, which is bound to make landfall in southern regions of China. Earlier on Wednesday, Doksuri wreaked havoc on the northern Philippines, claiming at least one life due to its gale-force winds and heavy downpour, which resulted in riverbanks overflowing and thousands losing electricity.
