Welcome to Day 2 of Summer Shape Up Challenge! Today, we are focusing all on the stomach area. Most specifically, looking at getting you a sexy, hourglass shape and smaller waist. These exercises are ones that I have used to help get me back down to a 25 inch waist after having my daughter in 2020, and they help to really engage the entire core to bring you those abs and snatch the waist in. Its short, but its intense. You are welcome to repeat twice if you wish! Make sure to do a little warm up beforehand and a stretch afterwards.
