This is one of my favorite sandwiches to make. Of course, I have my own variation of how I make it, but like I said in the video, this is mostly about how to make the vegan bacon. and, see the recipe below. Ingredients: → 250g block tempeh → 4tbsp soy sauce (I used a low sodium one) → 3tbsp apple cider vinegar → agave syrup (or any other vegan liquid sweetener) → smoked paprika Instructions: → Cut the tempeh into strips and place it in an air tight container → Mix the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, agave syrup and smoked paprika in a bowl → Pour the mixture on the tempeh, shake it well and then let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30minutes → Pre-warm the oven to 180C → Afterwards place the strips one next to each other on a baking sheet and place them in the oven → Bake for 6-8 minutes, then flip and bake for another 6-8 minutes After taking it out of the ove
