Diu Regnare by City of Leeds Pipe Band & Stuart Liddell outside Balmoral Castle for Platinum Jubilee

The City of Leeds pipe band playing “Diu Regnare“ with the composer Stuart Liddell on the lawn outside Balmoral Castle. This was part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022 at Balmoral Castle and Estate in Royal Deeside, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The City of Leeds Pipe Band originally played at Balmoral for Queen Victoria and the current pipe band is made up of volunteers. The uniform is based on the Royal Stewart Tartan with green coatee and feather bonnet with a red hackle. The band is self supporting and they appear at many local events as well as television appearances and continental tours.
