It’s a scene so unrealistic it could come straight out of a Hollywood movie, but it happened, apparently. A video has gone viral showing a Good Samaritan in California rescuing a baby in a stroller just in the nick of time before it rolled onto a busy highway after the mother tripped and was unable to get up. The video shows the woman losing her grip on the stroller, which then started rolling uncontrollably towards a fast-moving intersection. The panicked mother was barely able to stand up due to an apparent knee injury. Luckily, a bystander sprinted towards the stroller and caught it just in time to avoid disaster. The incident occurred on a windy day in Southern California and has been viewed millions of times since its first posting on Twitter. Many, many people have questions, though. Mostly a sense of disbelief about why the mother was unable to stand, with theories ranging from belligerent obesity to heavy drinking to just being really tired. And of course, the age-old question for these kinds of video – who was filming, and why? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Freedom over censorship, truth over narrative.
