Hey Guys!! Back at it with our weekly workouts review. Some great ones from this week. Definitely went a bit longer for most. All of them were generally over the 15-20 min mark to switch it up. Wanted to sweat and really get in the meat of workouts! Hope you guys enjoy this one, and just COMMENT below with any questions and ill get them for you!!
