◾BOLIVIAN PREZ LUIS ARCE CONDEMNS ONGOING COUP ATTEMPT Bolivian President Luis Arce Catacora denounced irregular mobilizations of military units in Plaza Murillo, where the Government Palace and Plurinational Legislative Assembly are located. Reports indicate that at least eight military tankettes filled with armed, masked, and provocative soldiers led by General Juan José Zúñiga are present in the area. Government Minister Eduardo del Castillo attempted to communicate with General Zúñiga, seeking explanations for the unauthorized military movements and urging demobilization.
