Recipe for Belgian Liege Waffles with Pearl Sugar

60ml (2 fl oz) milk at 35°C/95°F --- 1/4 cups
10g ( oz) fresh yeast --- 2 tsp
25g (0.9 oz) brown sugar --- 6 tsp
240g (8.5 oz) flour --- 2 cups
2 eggs
15g (2 tsp) honey
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
3 drops of vanilla extract
150g (5.3 oz) butter --- 2/3 cups
150g (5.3 oz) pearl sugar --- 1 cups

Nuances:
* Butter and egg yolks should be at room temperature
* Before proofing, cover the dough with a damp towel or food wrapping film and leave in a warm place
* After adding the pearl sugar, cover the bowl of dough again with... a towel or food wrapping film and let the dough rise again
* Decorate with berries and fruits
