Flambee omelette (a last minute dessert that can be made in 10 minutes)

What about a flambee omelette for dessert! a simple recipe that always please and surprises. this one of a kind dessert is simply a sweet omelette cooked with sugar, served as a dessert with a dash of rhum. you can make on whim and all what you need is few eggs and some sugar. 🧅🥕INGREDIENTS🥕🧅 3 whole eggs 2 tablespoons of caster sugar s ( fine white sugar) for the egg 1 or 2 tablespoons to add on top of the omelet after it is cooked 50 ml white rhum ( I used Havana club)
