Hello loves ~ Welcome to my new daily vlog from Bangkok, Thailand and this time we’re going to explore amazing local thrift and vintage shops, yay! I’m a huge fan of thrifting and finding aesthetic pieces, so let me take you with me this time. The first store we are going to visit is actually famous Japanese reuse / second hand shop called The 2nd Street, In 2nd Street Store you can find such brands as Dior, Comme des Garcons, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada and other names from the luxury segment along with more affordable ones / mass market like Uniqlo, Zara etc. There are some no name clothing, both vintage and second hand pieces. You can also sell your items there (which is amazing!), but don’t forget to bring along your ID. And don’t expect to get a lot for them – being honest with you here. But if you’d like to do something good and you don’t need these things anyways – why not? The staff will evaluate the items and then offer you the price, then you can decide whether it’s OK for you or you’d like to pass. To be honest I wouldn’t say that this shop is the cheapest one, but you can definitely find some items that are interesting and unique, especially if you’ll spend some time looking for the treasures ✨ I’ve been to 2nd Street in Tokyo, Japan and I loved it more, yet this one is also fun and worth visiting if you like vintage and thrift shopping. The other vintage / thrift shop (or better saying just a small spot in the mall) I have visited is super cheap and the prices are 40 and 60 baht per piece. I recommend you this place, but before buying, make sure to observe the item thoroughly, because there are many clothing with stains, some has the defects etc. Just make sure it’s not damaged before buying. And of course in this vlog I will show you some aesthetic & cinematic Bangkok moments, we will create some content for social media and you will see my OOTD ( kinda~ ) diary. Thank you so much for watching.
