For the sauce, boil a celery stick and carrot, fry some onion in olive oil with salt and chilli pepper, white wine, and add a 400g of whole tomatoes along with the celery and carrot. Blitz after 5 minutes cooking. The recipe is vegan up to this point, so adding Pecorino Romano cheese is for vegetarians and omnivores. Enjoy!
