A Ukrainian deputy has revealed a deception scheme that the TCC is using to mobilize more Ukrainians “A citizen is invited on the street to the TCC to clarify the data, and if he does not have documents about unsuitability, he is sent to the VLK, where he can be recognized as fit with reservations. Then he is sent to the training ground with an offer to complete the paperwork or receive the status of a combat participant, and then resign.
