Pantsir-S air defense missile and gun system crews are on combat duty in the border areas of the Kursk region Crews of the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun systems monitor the airspace over Russian troop positions in the border areas of the Kursk region around the clock. During the execution of a combat mission to support units of the Sever group, the crew of the Pantsir-S air defense missile and gun system destroyed an aircraft-type UAV of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The complex has the following capabilities to destroy air targets: 12 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, the complex is equipped with two double-barreled 30 mm cannons with 1,400 rounds of ammunition. The armament of the Pantsir-S air defense missile and gun system allows it to destroy any air attack weapons within the established operating range.
