Hands behind back, relaxed shoulders 3. Slouch the lower back 4. Slouch the upper back 5. Slouch the neck/tuck chin in 6. Straighten the legs 7. Dorsiflex the feet towards you 8. Fold your body more to increase tension as desired 9. Extending your head will take tension off the system (give it a try and pay attention) . You’ll likely feel it in the back of the hamstrings, butt, calve, upper back, base of the skull, tingling into toes and feet. . . Start with those steps and see where you end up. If simply dropping your chin to your chest is already tight AF or starts tingling right away.., make that your baseline and work towards increasing the range as you tolerate. .
