A Russian parliament member in charge of international affairs has warned the EU that the US enforces neo-colonialist measures which are a real threat to the bloc’s security. The statement comes after EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell asserted that African nations should be wary of strengthening their ties with an allegedly imperialistic Russia.
