Keigo Abe (阿部 圭吾 October 28, 1938 – December 21 2019, Matsuyama, Ehime - Ken, Shikoku, Japan) One of the most technically gifted Masters to come out of the hotbed of JKA Karate, Keigo Abe described his Karate as “Real-Fight Karate“. His teachings, especially the importance he places on the practising of basic techniques every day, has influenced a number of great karatekas, including Mikio Yahara and Masao Kagawa., he is Chief Instructor.
