#News24Video #News24 After a two-day spree of breaking into homes and stealing food, an elusive male baboon was finally captured on Tuesday morning. In a combined effort by animal rights groups, the Animal Welfare Society (AWS) and Cape of Good Hope SPCA, the baboon was cornered in Lansdowne shortly after 10:00. Prior to his capture, residents from across the southern suburbs reported sighting the baboon, with some saying he had ventured into their homes and helped himself to a selection of snacks.
