Waltz in F Major was the one and only piece composed by the great Russian author Leo Tolstoy, written with help from his friends, the Zybin brothers. According to the composer Alexander Goldenweiser, he and Sergei Taneyev helped to transcribe the Waltz while Tolstoy performed it for them in 1906.
