Ingredients: For the Sandwich: 1 pack of Sliced Ham 1 pack of Smoked Gouda Cheese 1 pack Bacon (thick-cut) 1 head Butter Lettuce 3 Tomatoes 1 roll Sweet Italian Hoagie (or a bread roll of your choice!) 2 Deep-Fried Chicken Tenders For the Sauce: 1/4 cup Mayonnaise ( or to taste) 4 tbsp Honey ( Or to taste) 1/4 tbsp Mustard ( or to taste) For the Chips: 4 Russet Potatoes 1 1/2 cup White Vinegar 1 cup Water Sea Salt Canola/Vegetable Oil for Frying Method: For the Chips: Using a Mandoline slice your potatoes into thin slices. Place it in a bowl and pour the vinegar on them and fill the rest with water, letting it sit for close to an hour. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Heat oil at about 1-2 inches deep and fry off (make sure it’s sizzling when you put one in!) The chips should cook for about 5 - 7 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a sheet with paper towels and cover in salt immediately. Set aside. For the Sauce: Mix your ingredients together in a small bowl. Assemble: Cook your Bacon Crispy. A
