NTSB: Trucker who hit Tracy Morgan was awake for 28 hours

Federal investigators blame fatigue for the crash that badly injured Morgan and killed his friend, James McNair. The Walmart truck driver who crashed into Tracy's limo van missed signs warning of a work zone and reduced speed limit. Kris Van Cleave reports.
