It’s ADVENTURE time. I’m am cooking the freshest Seared AHI TUNA ever. Going on an epic fishing trip with my favorite South Florida Captain, (Juan Garcia from ) he took us out to catch black fin tuna, yellow fin tuna and skip jack tuna. It was an epic trip and I am glad to share it with you.
