In this 40 Min FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled & Explosive | No Repeat Core, we will perform a total of 45 movements. These movements are organized into 9 sets of 5 exercises each. The first 4 exercises in each set will be performed for 40 seconds, followed by an explosive movement lasting 30 seconds. There will be a 15-second rest between individual movements and a 20-second rest between each set.
