One last note that I didn't think fit into the video itself, but do want to mention if you are a beginner-- The way I am rigging this does NOT utilize a rotation deformer, but if you ARE using a rotation deformer for some OTHER part of your ears, remember that you cannot have that rotation deformer in between the hierarchy of any of the warp deformers you are using for this method, as rotation deformers change the behavior of warp deformers on either side of them. If you choose to rig some of these (such as Y1 and Y2) on the same deformer, don't forget to synthesize corners! Final note--I provided reference screenshots of the physics setup because that is my preferred form of reference. But if you are new to rigging and struggling with the physics setup, I can do a follow-up tutorial showing the physics process step-by-step! Just let me know. I know the physics menu can be daunting at first! ********************************** EXAMPLE MODEL USED: Vtuber: U
