I foolishly deleted quite a few clips from earlier this year off my Laptop (including my furthest laches - no-ooo!!). I got away with fewer and less severe injuries than last year and I am happy with my progression this year. I got to travel to so many cool places and had the chance to work and train with incredibly talented athletes. Thanks to anyone who trained with me, filmed any of these clips, helped me progress and grow (figuratively), hosted me, fed me or showed me around, let me train in their gyms,
