Chili mushrooms are a popular dish in many cuisines, often featuring mushrooms cooked with peppers and various other ingredients for added flavor. Feel free to adjust the spice levels and ingredients according to your taste. #easyrecipe #vegiterian #healthyrecipes #mushroom #pepper Ingredient Quantity Mushroom 1 cup Water for boiling Salt a pinch Oil 1 tbsp Asafoetida ¼ tsp Garlic chopped 1 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Green chili chopped 2-3 no Green chili silt 3 no Onion cubes 1 no Capsicum cubes 1 no Green chili sauce ½ tbsp Red chili sauce ½ tbsp Soya sauce 2 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Black salt ¼ tsp Chaat masala ½ tsp Salt to taste Red chili powder ¼ tsp Spring onion 1 tbsp Spring onion for garnish Method 1. Place thumb against the stem of mushroom and gently push toward index finger. The stem should pop out and remove it. 2. Take a kadai on medium flame. Add water, salt, mushroom and boil until mushroom becomes soft. 3. Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame. Add asafetida, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chili, slit green chili and sauté for a minute 4. Now add cube onion, cube capsicum and sauté for a minute. 5. Now add green chili sauce, red chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, black salt, chaat masala, salt, red chili powder, boiled mushroom and mix well. 6. Add spring onion and mix again. 7. Take out in a serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
