This mantra is not a mantra; it is a Shabad, an explanation of a mantra. It is included in the JapJi Sahib, the sacred book of the Sikhs. For some reason this words resonated very intensely with me when I started practicing Yoga. This ReMan Meditation was the reason why I went to India back in 2011. One of the most important trip of my life. I hope you enjoy the sounds as much as I do.
