Wow. This video was much more challenging than I expected; I intended to release this yesterday and only finished it now. Here’s the TL notes: Nene POV: Botan POV: 1. What she actually said was not “neat-freak“ but A-blood type. Basically, in America you have astrology believers that think being born in a certain month determines your future. In Japan, that’s your blood type. Blood type A people are supposedly neat-freak / quite OCD, which is what she referred to. 2. Shiritori is a game where you take the last syllable from a Japanese word, and start the next one with it. IE: SuSHI, SHInoBU, BUkkoroSU etc. Nene failed this anyway so it doesn’t matter. 3. “Ground drawings“ literally meant “Geoglyph“ but when I asked a few other translators if they knew this word, they suggested using ground drawing.
