This was an idea I definitely wanted to do for a while. Coincidentally that it ended up being another “themes of” just as I had done another, but then again it sort of was my one regret I had with the previous meiling arrangement I did since I realized the theme had only like 2 main portions and did repeat a lot. Honestly I’m just surprised nobody has tried to do something like this, and I looked up for a while to see if maybe this sort of arrangement for meiling already existed to no avail lmao. I am referring to it as mandopop, but in this specific case not because it has lyrics in mandarin but rather the inclusion of peking opera instruments. Makes it sort of like folktronica but I wanted to be more specific than that. #touhoumusic
