GOVT. Police ON Duties to Challan I No Govt for Medical & Food I Covid19 I Lock Down I No Business

There is no duties of any Indian Government authority to provide medical facilities & food to poor Public. But Government Police to check up all citizen having the motor vehicle documents IF no there is heavy fine Challan. If police ask all citizen who is hungry who is sick and provide them help according to constitutional rights.
